Meet Johanna Watson - Founder & Lead Coach
As an executive recruiter and proud mother of two former student-athletes, I’ve spent more than 15 years on both sides of the hiring table. I’ve interviewed hundreds of candidates for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth organizations, while watching my own daughters and their teammates juggle academics, sports, and big life decisions.
Again and again, I met bright, capable young people who had the grades, awards, and work ethic—but not the roadmap. They weren’t sure how to tell their story, how to build relationships with decision-makers, or how to make smart choices about majors, first jobs, or financial commitments.
I created XCHANGE Next Gen Leadership to close that gap. Our programs give students and emerging professionals a structured way to discover who they are, clarify where they are going, and practice the skills that open doors to internships, jobs, and meaningful careers. My goal is simple: no young person should have to figure out the real world alone.
